Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies are held throughout the year to welcome a new Chamber member business to the community or to help them celebrate a new location or a grand re-opening.  In 2006 the Chamber conducted six Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies. 

Tri State Hand and Occupational Therapy

On Thursday, February 16th TriState Hand and Occupational Therapy conducted an official opening of their new 4000 square foot rehab facility located at 200 Glenn Street on the second floor of the Deal Building.  Services include pain assessment and management, treatment for work injuries, carpal tunnel, elbow problems, shoulder problems and neck pain.  Sensory nerve testing is also available for injury reduction in the work place.

Back to Basics - Dr. Andrea's Chiropractic Center

On May 17th the Chamber participated in a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Back to Basics - Dr. Andrea's Chiropractic Center, located at 16117 McMullen Highway, Cumberland, Maryland.  They offer a drug-free system of care, designed specifically to treat your individual health and welness need.

Graphicus Atelier

The Chamber welcomed member Graphicus Atelier, a printmaking studio and art gallery, located at 47 Batimore Street, Cumberland, Maryland with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on June 21st.  Graphicus Atelier also offers classes and workshops.

USAHail Team and Chips Away

A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on September 26th for Uhl Enterprises, located at 99 Henderson Avenue, Cumberland, Maryland to welcome USAHail Team Dent Repair and Chips Away Airbrush Touch-Up to the community. 

Prim and Proper Global Imports

On Tuesday, October 24th the Chamber conducted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for new Chamber member and business Prim and Proper Global Imports located at 438 North Centre Street, Cumberland, Maryland.  They sell antique reproductions, hand-carved mahogany furniture as well as home accents and marble sculptures. 

Potomac Segway of Cumberland

A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on November 3rd for Potomac Segway of Cumberland, located at 54 North Centre Street, Cumberland, Maryland.  They offer Segway PT sales and services in Western Maryland, Pennslyvania, West Virginia, and Virginia.
