Leadership Allegany! is a nine-month program dedicated to developing future leaders by seeking to understand the leadership structure within the county while promoting a more positive view of the county both within and beyond the region.  The program begins in September with an orientation and concludes in June with graduation ceremonies.  Each month class members identify and address pressing issues facing the county and deal with topics such as education, social services and criminal justice, economic development, local and state government, tourism, healthcare, and the enviornment.  Steering Committee members meet monthly to plan and formulate topic days.
