Leadership Allegany! is a nine-month program designed to educate future leaders by helping to identify regional issues and gain a deeper understanding of the leadership structure within the county while promoting a more positive view within and beyond the region.  The program begins in September with an orientation and concludes in June with graduation ceremonies. Each month class members address pressing issues facing the county and deal with topics such as education, social services/criminal justice, economic development, local and state government, tourism, healthcare, and the environment.
